Balance Workshop & Gong Bath on

Come and join us to take your regular practise to the next level.
Help build a strong foundation for your asana practice with these balancing yoga poses. You will be taught step-by-step to achieve and reap the benefits -learn the art of weightlessness.

After warm up we will start with some of the following postures:

  • Forearm balance – Pincha Mayurasana
  • Peacock – Mayurasana
  • Headstand – Shirshasana
  • Crow – Bakasana / Kakasana
  • Side Crow – Parsva Bakasana
  • Half Crow – Eka Pada Bakasana
  • Eight-Angle-Pose – Astavakrasana
  • Jump back and Jump Forward

Finally, follows a deep Gong Bath relaxation to end our workshop.
