What’s the benefit of practising online or In Person?
For a start not everyone can travel to a studio especially if you live in a rural area or don’t have any transport facilities to get to a studio. It doesn’t matter of the distance or discomfort, practising yoga online will make yoga accessible for anybody to practise anywhere.
Some might find going to a yoga studio and the experience intimidating or finding it difficult to focus in a room full of people. For them, doing live online classes can help combat that feeling. For those who find actually going to a yoga studio uncomfortable – practising Live online in the comfort of your own home will help you get comfortable practising yoga. The only disadvantage is that you are alone even though you can communicate with your teacher.
In person classes at a studio cultivates a sense of community and belonging not only that the comfort of knowing you’re practicing safely especially if you are new to yoga. A place where you can connect face to face with like minded individuals.
What do you need for online or in person?
Online – as long as you have a device that can be connected to the internet and then you are all set and good to go.
You have the freedom to practice from your laptop from anywhere or at home computer without having to leave your home.
In person – all you will need is a yoga mat (blocks and belts are optional)

Our Live Online sessions are just as good as being in a yoga studio – you get to speak to your yoga teacher to ask questions before and after the class the only difference is that you don’t have a teacher who can check your alignment and to make any adjustments, you need to learn to concentrate when it comes to yoga. Also, it is to get started with the discipline.
