If you’re thinking about starting yoga but are hesitant to join a regular group session, we’ve got you covered. Our Yoga for Newbies workshop is specifically designed for beginners. In this workshop, you’ll learn the basic poses and movements, so you won’t feel left out in a regular group session. Gain some background knowledge, build your confidence, and start your yoga journey with us.
During the workshop, you will be introduced to the foundational yoga poses. You will learn their English and Sanskrit names but don’t worry if you can’t remember all of them. It’s always beneficial to familiarise yourself with the common terms used in yoga so that you can better understand the practice. At the very least, you will be able to recognise and understand the term “down dog” when you attend a regular yoga class! ha, ha
