This workshop will provide you with the tools and insights to access your Prana, known as Chi in Chinese (as in Tai Chi) and Ki in Japanese (as in reiki), and learn the five functions that promote health and vitality. You will also discover different breathing techniques that can help you calm your mind, body, and soul, wherever you are.

Breathwork can give you a sense of calmness, balance, and inner peace, allowing you to better manage stress and improve your overall well-being. Additionally, practicing breathwork regularly can enhance focus and concentration, boost immune function, and promote better sleep. By harnessing the power of your breath, you can unlock many benefits that contribute to a healthier and more fulfilling life.
