This workshop will give you the tools and insights on how to tap into your Prana  in Sanskrit translated as Life force energy,  in Chinese your Chi (as in Tai Chi) and in Japanese word Ki (as in reiki) which has 5 functions for your health and vitality.

 The importance of learning to breathe well will help you to combat the stressful space of modern life. Virus and bacteria thrives when your body is oxygen deprived from not breathing properly. Shallow breathing also contributes to many chronic stress-related health conditions.  We will be showing you breath enhancement techniques to help counter problems and to bring your physical body alive.

Learning to control your breath will help you to lead a fuller life by getting rid of waste products and maximising your oxygen intake.

We will incorporate breath works with various guided meditation techniques for you to try at home or anywhere you happen to be to calm the mind, body and soul. 

Meditation can give you a sense of calmness, balance and that inner peace.

 Incorporating your breathing techniques with meditation will help preserve the aging brain. It provides the mediator happiness with an positive outlook in life and emotional stability, Improves your health by strengthening your immune system, reducing blood pressure and lowering cholesterol levels.

You will gain a better insight to various breathing and meditation techniques in this workshop.  🙏
