FREE—Mantra Meditation
First Sunday of each month
Come along, and let’s enjoy a blissful hour of mantra/kirtan singing together, helping us stay inspired and focused amidst external distractions.
If you have musical instruments, please bring them and join us for a group singing session.
The term “mantra” comes from a Sanskrit “instrument of the mind.” Chanting mantras helps clear blockages in the heart and throat chakras, creating a sense of openness. This ancient yoga practice has powerful spiritual effects and can quiet the mind when listened to with intention.
Mantras can unlock inner peace and enhance your meditation practice. You don’t need to be a singer to benefit from chanting mantras, which promote calmness, joy, and tranquillity.
