We will be staying at the four-star Telford Hotel & Golf Resort, Great Hay Drive, Sutton Heights, Telford, Shropshire, TF7 4DT. This lovely 4* hotel overlooks the world heritage site of Ironbridge Gorge.
A lovely place to practise your yoga if the weather is favourable we can practise on the beautiful hotel grounds, a great weekend break to unwind, relax and a bit of pampering during your stay.
Bring your walking shoes – I have been told you can take a short cut from the grounds of the hotel to the Iron Bridge.

PLEASE NOTE TREATMENT TIMES CAN BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE so please check with the spa upon arrival at the hotel. Please note some facilities and treatments may be limited during your stay, in line with the latest government guidance.
Please note that for security reasons you will need to take a form of photo ID with you to the hotel or spa as they will need to take a copy for their records. This can be either a driving licence or passport.
